Privacy note

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Yashvo is run by Vikas Pardeshi in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This note explains, in plain words, what information we use and why.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to send your report, reply to you, do the agreed fixes and send you an invoice. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Where it's stored

Form requests are stored in a private database with our website host, Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to Yashvo's own inbox (Gmail) so we can reply. To stop abuse, the form briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) code of your internet address for about one hour to limit repeat requests; we don't store your actual IP address with your request.

How long we keep it

Form requests are deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires for accounts.

Patient data

We don't need, ask for or access patient records, appointment or billing software, or clinical images. Please don't put any patient information in the form or in emails to us. The enquiry form we add to your website sends enquiries directly to your WhatsApp or email, not to us.

The check-up

The check-up looks at your public website and public Google Maps listing, the same way any visitor sees them. It may also use Google's public speed test.

Website access

We never ask for hosting, domain, email or bank passwords, or OTPs. If you give us temporary editor access, we use it only for the agreed fixes. Please remove our access once the work is done.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider (for example, Razorpay) or UPI. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers.

Your rights

Email hello@yashvo.com any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to raise a privacy complaint. We reply within 7 days.
