Terms and refund policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply to services from Yashvo, run by Vikas Pardeshi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Contact: hello@yashvo.com.

1. Free report

The free report has two parts: a website check (12 automatic checks of your public home page, the way any visitor sees it) and a Google listing mini-check (a look at your public Google Maps listing, with tips). It needs no payment, no website access and has no obligation. You may keep and use it however you like. For the mini-check we never ask to be added to your listing and never edit it; you keep full ownership.

2. Clinic Website Essentials Fix: ₹2,499, one-time

Included: page title and description; clinic structured data for Google; a WhatsApp button; tap-to-call; a Google Maps link or embed; a simple enquiry form that sends to your WhatsApp or email; and image compression and basic speed tweaks where your platform allows.

Not included unless agreed separately in writing: a full redesign; hosting, server or SSL repairs (we give written steps instead); Google Business Profile edits; ranking or enquiry guarantees; ongoing maintenance.

If your report shows your site already has most of these, we'll tell you and recommend that you don't buy. There are no monthly fees, subscriptions or auto-debits.

3. Written scope before work starts

Before any work, we send a written scope confirmation by email listing exactly what we'll change and which delivery mode you chose. Work starts only after you reply to agree.

4. Delivery

You choose one of two modes: (a) we implement the fixes using a temporary editor login you give us (not owner/admin), which you remove afterwards; or (b) code handover: we give ready-made code and steps to your developer, who applies them.

The free report is usually sent within 1 working day of your request. The fixes are done within 2 working days, counted from when access (or your developer's go-ahead) is in place and we've confirmed in writing that the fixes are possible on your platform.

5. Backups, approval and rollback

Before changing anything we take a full backup of your site (in code handover mode, your developer does this and confirms it). You approve each change before it goes live. If anything breaks, we restore the backup and fix the problem at no charge.

6. Payment

You pay only after the fixes are live and you've checked them on your phone. In code handover mode, that's after your developer has applied the code and you've checked it; if it hasn't been applied within 14 days of handover for reasons outside our control, we may send the invoice then. We send an invoice and a payment link or UPI details in Yashvo's name. Yashvo is not GST-registered at present, so no GST is charged. We will never ask for card details, bank passwords or OTPs by phone, email or WhatsApp.

7. Support after delivery

You get 14 days of free support on the fixes we made, starting from when they go live: if something we changed stops working or needs a small correction, we sort it at no charge. New work is quoted separately in writing, and you can say no.

8. Cancellation and refunds

9. Access and patient data

We never ask for hosting, domain, email or bank passwords, or OTPs. We don't access patient records, appointment or billing software, or clinical images, and the enquiry form we add sends enquiries to you, not to us.

10. Your part

You confirm you own or manage the website and are allowed to change it. You approve the wording of every change and you're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us (address, phone, hours). We keep content factual and don't add testimonials, before-and-after photos or promotional claims, in line with dental advertising ethics, but compliance of your overall website remains your responsibility.

11. No guarantees on rankings

We improve the basics that help patients find and contact you. We can't guarantee Google rankings or a number of enquiries. Google chooses its own titles and snippets in search results and may not always show the title we write.

12. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
